It was incorporated in the year 2005 sensing the growing requirements of BPO and IT industry in Hyderabad for short term corporate accommodation to mobile personnel as Cosy Homes. It was reincorporated as Cosy Banjara in 2009.

Cosy Banjara operates prime hospitality property in prestigious locality of Banjara Hills and Commercial centre at Punjagutta, Hyderabad with well furnished good quality guest rooms and Short term or Long term lease on fully furnished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with a host of other allied services.

The fully air-conditioned rooms/ apartments are tastefully furnished and decorated. Cleanliness and excellence in house keeping are of utmost priority at Cosy Banjara. All rooms have Television and private bath as standard facility.

Today Cosy Banjara serves several corporate clients on contractual basis. Personalised service and making the clients feel comfortable at all times is the quest of all staff members here.
